How can this be free? What's the catch?

Well, I do get stuff out of it: I hone my ability to communicate and explain Sanity, which I feed back into my eventual products, courses and consulting; I can get extra exposure if you allow me to record & share the sesssion; and, more importantly, I get a lot of energy & motivation from it. I'm finding more and more that teaching is my passion and it's been a great practice to keep me going over the lows of life.

What topics can we cover?
